So I don't think that I have posted anything since Thanksgiving.  I feel like I have been decorating cookies nonstop, with a lot more to do.  I think that this year is the year of the snowflake. I am on my 3rd order with one more to go.  It does look like it snowed in my dinning room. I will take a picture of it and post it in a few days.

Baby Shower Cookies
Cookies with out details
(Kent thank you again for the trays. I use them all the time)

 Drying Cookies
 Finished cookies.
Dried ready to be bagged cookies

The inspiration for this cookies was this stamp.
These cookie were sooo much fun to do. They took a good bit of time to make. There were a number of stages that had to dry before continuing. Which was hard because I could hardly wait to get to the to the next stage. They looked really pretty in their bags with a green ribbon.

My niece wanted nail polish bottle cookies for her Birthday Party. Not sure what happened with the colors. In reality the purple ones are pink and the ones that look blue are actually purple.

These Teacups are for a Birthday Tea Party

This past weekend was my Mother and Father In-laws 60th wedding Anniversary and my Father-in-laws 80th Birthday
It was great to hear all the stories and to see my kids interact with their cousins, that they only see every few years. I made the cookies that went into the centerpiece.
Not one cookie broke on our 11 hour drive to Pennsylvania. I was a little nervous driving through New York. lets just say the roads are not smooth.  I thought that we would have a bunch of crumbs.
The hall looked beautiful.  Everyone did such a great job decorating.

I have to say upfront that these cookies are a copy of one that my niece Carrigan found on line. They were  beautiful and I wish that I could take credit for them but the original idea was not mine.
It was her 11th birthday and she had a beach party in her back yard.  I saw her yesterday, she was so excited.  At the time it was raining so hard that i thought it was never going to clear in time.  But by noon time it was beautiful.   Happy Birthday Carrigan. I love you Lots!!!!!!! Aunt  Jen

The theme for Young Women's Camp(12-18yrs) this year is Dr. Seuss.  I was asked to make cookies as a thank you for the leaders. It has been very quiet this week with out my girls here. Can't say that I am not loving it.
