Cookies for my niece Lucia. She turned 4 and I can hardly believe how big she is getting.
She wanted Disney's "Tangled" cookies. So I made her Pascal the chameleon and Rapunzel's Dress.
These cookies are for the Midwives at Mount Auburn Hospital
